Blue Comet Baseball and Softball played at Parsons yesterday. JV softball won 13-2. Parsons didn't have enough players to field a JV baseball team. Both teams play Humboldt today in varsity and JV games at home.
Lady Comet Soccer traveled to Bonner Springs yesterday for JV and varsity matches. JV finished with a draw, 0-0. They play next at Tonganoxie on Friday.
Baseball and Softball traveled to McPherson on Friday to play the Bullpups. JV baseball lost 1-7 and 3-18. JV Softball lost 1-16

#1 Singles Arthur Schmitt went 2-2 for a 3rd place finish. He defeated Webb City 8-6 and Pittsburg 8-2. He lost to Ft Scott 2-8 and Nevada 4-8.
#2 Singles Kemper Manly went 4-0 for first place. He defeated Webb City 8-3, Ft Scott 8-3, Nevada 8-4 and Pittsburg 8-1.
#1 Doubles Burnett/Cummings went 4-0 for first place. They defeated Webb City 8-3, Ft Scott 8-2, Nevada 8-0 and Pittsburg 8-0.
#2 Doubles Bechnell/Bilby went 3-1 for 2nd place. They lost to Webb City 6-8. Then defeated Ft Scott 8-2, Nevada 8-0 and Pittsburg 8-2.
