Attention: The CMS Winter Activities Parent's meeting will be in the CMS gym at 7:30 on Oct 15th (immediately following conferences). Students interested in wrestling will meet with Coach Emling in the gym at 7pm. The Boys and Girls Basketball meeting will take place immediately following the all parents meeting at 7:30.

We have a big night planned on Friday, with homecoming and senior night happening! Thanks to Bridgewood Cabinetry for sponsoring Friday's game and paying admission for Chanute fans! We hope to see you on Friday!

Another great day for Comet Tennis! It was a great team effort tonight. I'm very pleased with how we competed and the effort we gave. Ella really stole the show tonight winning a very tough match to cap off the night vs defending 4A doubles State Champ Brooklyn Mattix (Indy). It was her last match of the day and a back and forth battle. Her body was failing her as her calves and toes were cramping off and on late in the match. But she is so mentally tough due to her experience and her background in wrestling, she found a way to win. She improved to 12-0 on the season and now we turn our sights to a large tournament in Baldwin on 9/17.

C Team Volleyball hosted a tri on Tuesday night against Indy and Labette. The went undefeated on the night! Great work ladies!
